Truffled Scrambled Eggs

March 27, 2020

This recipe will have your whole family on board for the most important meal of the day, but it's so good, you'll want to keep it all to yourself!

What You'll Need:

  • A high-quality nonstick pan + rubber spatula
  • Fresh Seasonal Truffles (Winter white or black preferred) finely chopped
  • Butter or Truffle Butter if you're feeling ambitious
  • Eggs
  • Parmesan (optional)

First, heat your pan to medium-low heat and melt your butter. You want your eggs to be cooking slowly so that they maintain a level of creaminess.

As the egg begins firming slightly against the pan, scoop it away from the edges with your spatula.

When your eggs are still a bit runny, add grated parmesan to your liking.

Then, before your eggs are fully formed, mix in half of your truffles.

Finish cooking your eggs & plate them. While they are still hot, add a little more parmesan & the other half of your truffles.
