Caviar Terrine or Tartare of Caviar

This caviar terrine is my new favorite appetizer! Perfect for a celebration or special event. This recipe is from an old @foodandwine magazine with a few extra additions.

Step 1: Add diced hard boiled egg whites.
Step 2: Add diced hard boiled egg yolks.
Step 3: Add diced shallots (you can use red onions too)
Step 4: Add chopped capers.
Step 5: Use an offset spatula to add whipped cream cheese and creme fraiche mixture.
Step 6: Carefully add the caviar (I used hackleback caviar from @drdelicacy)
Step 7: Chill terrine in the mold for at least 2 hours.
Step 8: Take off mold and serve with potato chips!
