What You'll Need:
- Fresh Pasta
- Truffle Slices
- A Sprinkle of Salt
First, cook your pasta al dente. Then, turn off the heat and let it cool for a sec.
Add the Crème Fraîche & toss the pasta. Salt to taste.
Finally, fashion your noodles however you prefer to serve it. While the pasta is still hot, add the slices to the top so that the steam heats the truffle.
