Truffle Carpaccio Deviled Eggs
Try out this delicious and easy deviled egg dish for your holiday parties!
Hard boil eggs for about 12mins. Remove eggshells. Slice and put yokes in a bowl to mash up. Mix in mustard and mayo with salt/pepper. Fill each egg in the center with filling and add carpaccio slice on top.
