Phaedra Cook is no stranger to a good meal. In fact, the Houston Food Finder editor and publisher has been covering our local restaurant and bar scene for over a decade! She has partnered with DR Delicacy to create a meal kit that with a little simple prep, produces a “set it and forget it” type meal with layers of deep flavor that is sure to rival any chef-prepared restaurant meal.
This recipe, inspired by Melissa Clark’s “Dinner In An Instant” utilizes an Instant Pot to produce both a main and side dish for a cozy weekend supper or quick weeknight meal.

This Chef Kit includes
2 packages of osso buco (four- 2 inch pieces; approx. 4lbs)
1- jar of Catrice Sun-dried Tomato Paste
1 Jar of Catrice Gourmet Lemon- Rosemary Olive Oil
1 bag (1oz) of dried procini mushrooms
1 bag of French Lentils
1 Bag of White Toque Frozen Parisian Carrots
1 Bag of White Toque Frozen Haricot Vert
1 pack (2 loafs) of White Toque Bagguettes
