Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed the same day if they are received by NOON CST; otherwise the order is shipped the following day. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
MANY DR DELICACY FOOD ITEMS ARE PERISHABLE LIKE FRESH TRUFFLES, CAVIAR, AND MUSHROOMS, THEREFORE THEY HAVE TO THE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX 2-DAYS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Below are standard shipping charges.
HOUSTON (other zip codes): FLAT RATE $6.99/Order Next Day Delivery
FREE DELIVERY: Order over $145
TEXAS (except Houston): FLAT RATE $18.00/Order Next Day Delivery
LOUISIANA: FLAT RATE $18.00/Order Next Day Delivery
TEXAS & LOUISIANA: FREE SHIPPING ON ORDER OVER $195
OTHER STATES (*): AS PER FEDEX REAL-TIME RATE AT CHECK OUT
* Shipping is only available for delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Most DR Delicacy products are perishable, therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
DR Delicacy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
DR Delicacy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the contiguous states of USA.
