How to Cook: Crépinette can be cooked on a pan or in the oven. Heat up a large pan with butter/oil and add the crépinettes patties into the hot pan. Cook first for 10 mins on 1 side, then turn and cook on the other side. Make sure to color all sides until cooked throughout. If roasted in the oven, it takes approximately 15 minutes when heated to 350°F. Dufour recommends searing the crepinette on a pan first and then finish it up in the over. Internal temperature has to reach 165°F (cooking time may varies, please adjust).
