Return Policy

DR Delicacy Products are backed by 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfy with your product, or if there is an issue with the shipment, delivery or anything, know that we do not accept unauthorized returns and since our products are perishable we do not ask you to return them. 

Please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your product, we might ask for photos, and we will refund your full purchase price and/or issue a replacement or a credit, depending on the issue.

If any of the following reasons apply, DR Delicacy will not issue a refund, a credit or a replacement:

  • The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to: incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses entered by the client or other client's related issues
  • Delivery problems are specifically caused by the shipping company.
  • Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of God
  • Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered.
  • A delivery/shipment is refused by the recipient and/or returned to DR Delicacy without prior authorization
