We are offering several different kind of Rice, each in 1kg pack

Arborio Rice or Risotto Rice, a slow and long cooking rice best used with lobster, truffles, mushrooms fresh or dried and shredded cheese. risotto rice a creamy, sticky but oh so good. 1 kg (2.2 Lbs)

Black Rice: also called Forbidden rice gets it black-purple color from a pigemnt full of potent antioxidants. In Ancient China, black rice was forbidden to all except Royalty. Its mild, nutty flavor, chewy texture and nutritional benefits make it a great choice for many dishes. you can replace white rice with black rice in all recipes especially when you know that black rice has less carbs, more fibers and is a better srouce of proteins than white rice! 1 kg (2.2Lbs)

Spanish Rice: Arroz "Calasparra", a short grain rice, pearl color, that more than double its size when cooked. Best use in Paella with our Octopus, Spanish Chorizo, Shrimps and Saffron. 1 Kg (2.2 Lbs)

Risotto with Truffles: Risotto rice with summer black truffles, onions salt leek, tomatoo,rlic, olive oil, stock and yeast extract. Pour 600ml of water in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add the risotto and cook for 15 minutes without lid over medium heat, stirring regularly until the water is gone. Finish with some butter or truffle butter and some parmesan to make your risotto creamy. 7.7oz

Polenta with Porcini Mushrooms: pre-cooked corn flour with porcini mushrooms. Boil 1.5 liter (6.5 cups) of salted water. Add the polenta little by little and mix continously for 3 minutes. The consistency depends on the cooking time the more your cook it the thicker it becomes. Finish with some butter and parmesan to give it a creamier taste. 13oz

French Lentils: a high-protein ledible legume that is dried and then soaked and cooked before eating. Low in calories high in nutrition an affordable plant protein. Versatile: Lentil stew. Coconut lentil curry. Tacos or Nachos with lentils instead of beans. Sweet poteto and lentil salad. Lentil & rice. Sausage and lentil soup... 2lb bag. Rinse to sort them out. 4 cups of water for one cup of lentils. Bring to a boil, reduce to low to simmer, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes. Drain water and enjoy.
