Fairy Ring Mushroom
The Fairy Ring mushroom, also known as Marasmius oreades, enchants with its delicate appearance and mild flavor. Found in charming circular formations, these mushrooms bring a touch of enchantment to dishes. With a tender texture and subtle taste, they're a graceful addition to various culinary creations.

Fairy Ring Mushroom Stir-Fry
Ingredients:

1 cup Fairy Ring mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

1 cup assorted colorful bell peppers, sliced

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 carrot, julienned

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the sliced Fairy Ring mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Push the mushrooms to the side of the wok and add the sliced onion, julienned carrot, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Give the sauce a quick stir and pour it over the stir-fry. Toss everything together to coat the vegetables and mushrooms with the sauce.

Continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the ingredients are well-coated and heated through.

Remove from heat and transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish.

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
