We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. Please review the shipping guidelines below:

Perishable Items

Shipping Days: Monday through Thursday only.
Perishable products require overnight shipping to maintain quality and freshness.
Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Thursday will ship the following Monday to avoid weekend transit delays.
We do not ship perishables on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, as our carrier (UPS and FEDEX) does not offer overnight services that deliver on weekends.

Non-Perishable Items

Ships within 1 to 2 business days of ordering, during regular business hours (Monday–Friday).
Standard shipping methods apply, with delivery based on your selected shipping speed at checkout.

General Notes

We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package, especially for perishable orders, as we cannot be responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries.
