Lobster Mushroom Roll
Ingredients:

1 cup Lobster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or more to taste)

4 New England-style split-top hot dog rolls

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions:

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the sliced Lobster mushrooms and sprinkle the Old Bay seasoning over them. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked and slightly golden.
