National Caviar Day Celebration at The Lymbar
On July 18th, DR Delicacy and The Lymbar came together to host an exquisite celebration of National Caviar Day. With Owner/Chef David Cordua at the helm, the event welcomed 60 guests to The Lymbar's stunning restaurant in Midtown Houston, located at the Ion. The evening was a delightful showcase of culinary artistry, featuring a unique menu that highlighted the luxurious taste and versatility of caviar.
A Night of Gourmet Delights
Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a welcome caviar bump of osetra black caviar, setting the tone for the evening's indulgence. The event featured eight meticulously crafted bites, each incorporating caviar in inventive and delicious ways:

Complementing the delectable bites was a selection of expertly curated cocktails and wines. Guests sipped on Piper Sonoma Brut, Luke Sauvignon Blanc, and Obsidian Sparkling Pinot Noir. Featured cocktails included:
- French 75: A classic cocktail made with gin, lemon, and St. Germain.
- Espresso Martini: A rich and invigorating mix of Tito's Vanilla Vodka, cold brew, and espresso.
