Oyster Mushroom

Oyster mushrooms have a distinct fan-like shape with delicate, overlapping caps. They come in various colors, such as pale gray, pink, yellow, or white. Oyster mushrooms have a mild and subtle flavor with a slightly sweet and earthy undertone. They have a tender texture that can range from silky when cooked quickly to meaty when sautéed or roasted.
