2 cups fresh Yellowfoot mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
