Directions
In a saucepan, combine water and milk and gently heat the mixture over medium heat. Stir occasionally to combine.
Add the butter and once melted and the liquid mixture is simmering, remove from heat. Stir in DR Delicacy Truffle Sea Salt starting with 1/2 teaspoon, adjusting to taste. Stir well to dissolve.
