It then undergoes fermentation and is aged for three months in a dry environment. Angel's Salumi artisans use French Brandy and spices to give the Black Truffle Salami its unforgettable flavor. True to the tradition of artisanal salumi, the casing is made of natural pork or beef. This salami is packaged in a natural casing that can be easily removed, showcasing the high quality of Angel's Salumi.
