Saucisson de Lyon with Pistachios

Saucisson de Lyon is made from pork and filled with pistachios. It's a great accompaniment to a warm potato salad or a dish of lentils and greens. It can also be used as sliced cold cuts in a sandwich with mustard, or enjoyed on a charcuterie board.

Origin: U.S.A.

Ingredients: Pork, pistachios, port wine, salt, pepper, spices, nitrite, in a natural hog casing. Gluten-free. Contains nuts.

Shelf life: About 10 days in its original packaging, once open please consume within 2-3 days. If you wish to consume it at a later time, please keep it in the freezer.
