Erik Butter just arrived exactly when they said it would and it's amazing. The serving is slightly smaller than what you might be expecting but worth it and more...just opening the package filled my kitchen with this nutty, cheesy, delicious smell.
I set it out to come up to room temp for like an hour and it's heaven with some good bread. Absolute heaven.
