Le Beurre Bordier Buckwheat is a gourmet butter infused with the distinctive flavor of toasted nuttiness and earthiness. Like buckwheat pancakes, its powerful taste combines with all flavours; it goes well both in cooking (poultry, baked oysters, grilled lobster) and in pastries (shortbread, crumble, semi-cooked with chocolate, etc.).
