No Return Policy

At DR Delicacy, we prioritize the quality and safety of our food products. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and freshness, we maintain a strict no return policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

All food products purchased from DR Delicacy are final sale. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Pickup Order Policy

Pickup orders will be held for up to 15 days from the scheduled pickup date.

  • If a pickup order is not collected within 15 days, the order will be considered abandoned.

  • Perishable items — including but not limited to caviar, truffles, mushrooms, butter, and other temperature-sensitive products — are not eligible for refunds after 15 days.

  • Non-perishable items may be eligible for a refund after the 15-day holding period, subject to management approval.

Product Quality Assurance

We take great care in preparing and packaging our food to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Order Accuracy

We strive to fulfill each order accurately. If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please notify us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly.

Allergy and Dietary Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the ingredient list and allergen information provided for each product. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to allergies or dietary restrictions.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the case of a verified quality issue or an error on our part. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order and are subject to management approval.
