Broyé du Poitou is a buttery shortbread biscuit with almonds from the Poitou-Charentes region, traditionally enjoyed by farm workers and now available for all to savor. With its large circumference, this galette is perfect for sharing amongst 8-10 people. Brigitte Arnaud-Boué, founder of Goulibeur, inherited the recipe from her grandmother Paulette and the rest is delicious history!
