Medium Grain Couscous

Couscous is a versatile dish that can be easily incorporated into any meal plan. Made from semolina flour, it is a rich source of carbohydrates and essential nutrients, making it a healthy and satisfying choice.

To cook, bring 1 glass of salted water to the boil, remove from the heat, and add 1 tablespoon of oil and one glass full of couscous. Stir then cover and leave for two minutes. Add a knob of butter then separate the grains with a fork.
