Royal Siberian Caviar

This exceptional Hybrid "Osetra" caviar is created through the use of a female Osetra (A. gueldenstaedtii) fertilized by a male Siberian sturgeon (A. baerii). It boasts small to medium pearls and a stunning bronze to steel gray color, reminiscent of its Caspian origins. Harvested in Europe, this hybrid caviar has a clean and fresh taste and closely resembles pure Osetra caviar.
