Langues de Chat - Vanilla Wafers

Langues de chat (literally, "cat's tongues") are tiny crispy oval wafers the French are very fond of. A perfect accompaniment to ice cream, fruit salad, or simply a cup of tea.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, lactose and milk proteins, flavoring, dextrose, salt, egg white powder, baking powders: sodium carbonates and diphosphates.
