Francine Brioche Yeast: Expertly craft your own delectable brioches using the Broiche Yeast Flour. This high-quality yeast is designed for doughs rich in butter and sugar to ensure optimal rising. With instant yeast, there's no need to rehydrate in warm liquid prior to use. When made by hand, simply add 1 sachet of special Francine brioche yeast for every 350g of Broiche flour. For bread machines, use 1 sachet of my special Francine brioche yeast for the same amount of flour. If starting your dough later, follow Francine's advice and make sure the yeast isn't in contact with any liquids or salt.

Francine Pizza, Pasta, and Bread Dough Yeast: Francine instant dry yeast is perfect for making bread, pasta, and pizza dough as it does not require soaking in water before use. When working by hand, use 2 pouches of yeast for every 500 grams of flour, or only 1 pouch when using a bread maker. Each box contains 6 sachets for your convenience.
