The Pornstar Martini Cocktail became popular in London in 2002. There have been many stories about how it came about, one being a woman who did not like the Martini and asked the bartender to make it as "dirty" as possible. However, this cocktail may have come about, this delightful twist combines the opulent richness of caviar with the tropical allure of passion fruit. The pièce de résistance? A spoonful of caviar that steals the spotlight, making each sip a luxurious experience like no other.

Ingredients
-
1 cup Boiron frozen passion fruit, thawed
-
¾ cup water
-
½ ounce lime juice (optional)
-
1 to 1 ½ ounces vodka
-
2 to 3 pumps vanilla bean syrup (homemade or store-bought)
-
½ ounce Passoa passion fruit liqueur
-
1 slice fresh passion fruit or star fruit, for garnish
-
2 ounces Blanc de Blancs champagne, for serving
-
1 oz Italian White Sturgeon Caviar
Directions
Start by creating the vibrant heart of our Caviar Pornstar Martini. Blend the thawed frozen passion fruit by Boiron with ¾ cup of water in a blender until you achieve a smooth, tropical puree.
For an extra layer of zesty freshness, consider adding ½ ounce of lime juice to the passion fruit puree. This step is optional but adds a delightful twist.
The spirit of the cocktail comes next. Add 1 to 1 ½ ounces of vodka and ½ ounce of passion fruit liqueur to the blender. Blend once more until all ingredients are perfectly combined.
Pour your Caviar Pornstar Martini mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Strain the cocktail into a martini glass, and garnish with a slice of fresh passion fruit for an exotic aroma and visual flourish.
The pièce de résistance! Before sipping your martini, delicately place a spoonful of premium caviar on top. The rich, briny pearls will dance with the tropical flavors of the cocktail, creating a unique and indulgent experience.
To elevate the cocktail even further, serve it with 2 ounces of champagne on the side. This effervescent addition complements the exotic flavors beautifully. Feel free to mix into the cocktail as well!
