Echire Salted Butter

Échiré Salted Butter is a celebrated French butter from the village of Échiré in the Deux-Sèvres region, made according to the traditional Charentes-Poitou AOP method. The cream is cultured and matured for 18 hours before being slowly churned in traditional wooden barrels, producing an exceptionally smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture with refined cultured and hazelnut notes and a delicate salty finish.
