Our French Jumbo White Asparagus is larger, sweeter, and more tender than traditional green asparagus. It is carefully harvested in the dark to maintain its snowy color and avoid bitterness. Serve it blanched with Béarnaise or incorporate it into a variety of dishes through steaming or boiling. Especially indulgent when prepared as a Confit.
For optimal consumption, it is advised to cook Asparagus prior to consumption. First peal and trim the end and boil for 10-15 minutes or steam for at least 10 minutes till tender.
