Our famous Kaluga Amber Caviar offers a rich palette of auburn and amber hues, which burst on the palate with all the warmth and brightness of a lingering sunset. It has large, firm pearls with a smooth texture and a nutty, buttery flavor that is similar to Beluga caviar. Kaluga caviar is a good choice for both beginners and experts and pairs well with blinis or simply alone.
