Our Paddlefish Roe is a delectable and unique roe sourced directly from fishermen in Tennessee. These glossy silver-grayish pearls are soft and burst with a robust and earthy flavor. They have a rich taste and are often referred to as the first-timer's caviar. The roe can slightly be smaller than most caviars, but their platinum aura and creamy taste make them stand out!

Lena B One of the two I purchased was spoiled. I was in total disbelief after I had already placed it on top of my lobster. And my guest lobster. It was extremely warm inside the new location when we were in the store shopping. But I didn’t pay much attention to it because it was so hot outside. I opened the caviar about 7/8 days api purchased it and it was spoiled. I haven’t opened the 2nd jar because I’m saving the other one that to take back and allow them to open it in front of me so they can see if that one is spoiled. I buy quite often from Dr Delicacy. I have an online account! I’m Disappointed!
