Our signature cold-smoked roe is made from fresh Keta Salmon roe that has been seasoned with sea salt and lightly cold-smoked with aged Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrel stave chips. This unique process, which was pioneered over 15 years ago and continues to be used today, enhances the natural smokiness of the roe and makes it a sought-after delicacy. It is perfect for appetizers, canapés, sauces, and as a topping for oysters, bagels with cream cheese, and a variety of meat and seafood dishes.
