Pork Rillettes

Dufour's slow cooked, succulent pork is made with garlic, thyme, white wine and a selection of other fine spices. The pork is hand-shredded and mixed with flavorful duck fat to create a moist texture that can be enjoyed as part of a sandwich or used as a spread for happy hour. The product is free from preservatives and artificial ingredients, is gluten and our terrine container is BPA-free. Dufour Gourmet's Rillettes de Porc can be enjoyed as an appetizer served with cornichons pickles (gherkins) and crusty bread.
