Among their offerings were lime blossoms, cherry stalks, apricot stones, and their beloved almonds, which kept customers returning. Over time, subsequent generations of the family established The Biscuiterie de Provence, using their native nuts to create and sell delectable treats. This gluten-free delicacy, with its delicate flavor and moist texture, boasts the pure and fresh taste of locally-made butter and their renowned almonds. Baked in its own tin to preserve its moisture and flavor, this cake guarantees a consistently fresh experience.
