Made in Scotland with premium quality fresh Scottish salmon, it is traditionally dry cured with a blend of sea salt and brown sugar and cold smoked over oak wood chippings. This salmon is then expertly trimmed by hand, with all 100% dark meat removed and skinless. It is also a rich source of Omega 3.
