Bacon & Onion Quiche
Airy and light, this quiche is destined to be a showstopper at your next brunch. The smokiness of the bacon, caramelized crunch of the onions, and fluffiness of the eggs will have those who try eagerly wanting more.
Ingredients:

1 pie crust

2.2 lbs (35 oz) onion

6.76 fl.oz heavy cream

3 eggs
-
Salt and pepper

8 oz of bacon

Butter
Method:

Peel and slice the onions finely.

Transfer chopped onions to a pan and cook in butter over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Do not let the onions get brown during this part.

Cut the bacon into small pieces and add to the pan with onions. Let it cook for a few minutes (no more than 5).

Take the bacon and onion mixture off of heat and transfer to a bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat all eggs with cream and add salt and paper to taste. Once blended together, combine with the bacon-onion contents.

Pour everything into the pie crust.

Cook for 40-45 minutes in the oven at 410°F
