Burns BBQ Sauce Shrimps with Black Rice and/or Salad

1 Bag of frozen Shrimps
1 Bag of Black Rice
and/or a Salad
Salt & Pepper
Defrost shrimp and clean them.
Marinate them in lemon oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper for 20 minutes.
Cook the Rice: black rice can be cooked faster is you have boiling water, it should take 20 to 30 minutes depending how al dente you like it! drain once cooked. you can add bacon, pine nuts or pecan...
Saute the shrimp in the lemon olive oil. Add the Burns BBQ sauce. Mix well.
The rice can be substitute by a salad on which you can add avocado, bacon, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, shredded cheese...
