Smoked Scallops and Truffle Honey

DR White Truffle Honey

Crispy Bacon pieces 

Defrost the frozen scallops to room temperature. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble into small pieces. Place scallops on plate and drizzle truffle honey on top and sprinkle bacon to finish. Another option is to have the honey on the side so you can dip the scallops.
