We specialize in the highest quality mushrooms on the market and by deshydrating them we guarrantee that you will enjoy them for a long time and that they will not lose any of their flavor and benefits.
Preparation: 1oz. of dry mushrooms is equal to 3-4oz. of fresh mushrooms. Start by rinsing off mushrooms in cold running water. Then place in a bowl, cover with boiling water and soak for 15 to 30 minutes prior to cooking. Alternatively, they may be added without rehydrating to recipes in which they will be cooked for at least 25 minutes.
