The creators of The Truffle Masters (DR Delicacy) present, La Nuit du Caviar.
A new and adventurous culinary experience on Monday, October 3rd, 2022, at The Astorian (2500 Summer St.) in Houston, TX.
Part competition, part celebratory showcase, and part fundraiser, La Nuit du Caviar hosts "The Stars of Caviar" as Houston's very own celebrity chefs create delicacies featuring the finest caviar from around the world.
A special reception, from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm, awaits attendees who purchased a table, while the main event will unfold from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
350 VIP guests are invited to sample 15+ caviar creations and pick their favorite dish to help decide the evening's best cuisine.
This once-per-year event will also present champagne, vodka, fine wines, ice cream, and a macaron bar, plus sweet-and-savory bites imaged by Eculent Executive Chef David Skinner.
The evening’s beneficiary will be the Houston Symphony League.
Their mission is to collaboratively support the Houston Symphony's audience development, education, and fundraising activities with engaged volunteers.
