1 Clamshell of Squash Blossoms (25 count)

Oil for frying

1 1/4 cup of Flour, you can use all-purpose or Gluten-Free as well as Almond, Coconut Flours

1 teaspoon of salt for the batter

1 x 12oz can of Beer light color is better

Finishing Salt

Mix flour and salt. Whisk the beer until smooth. Dredge each squash blossom one by one. Lay in the hot oil. cook flipping them once until golden brown about 2-3 minutes total. Transfer to a paper towel to drain Sprinkle with sea salt and devour while hot
