Maggi Mousline Puree is a French staple potato mix made with potatoes grown in France that have been steam cooked to preserve its nutritional qualities. Maggi's origins are in Switzerland, but its culinary aids have been adopted in many countries.
Directions
Mix 500 ml of water and 250 ml of milk (increase the proportion of milk for a smoother texture), pour one 4-serving pouch of Mousline flakes, stir, heat in microwave oven for 4 minutes, add salt and pepper to your taste. Et voilà, your mashed potatoes are ready!
