1 pack of DR Delicacy frozen cooked Octopus

6 tablespoons of Olive Oil

3 Tablespoons of Lemon juice

2 Tablespoons of Parsley

2 minced garlic cloves

Defrost Octopus tentacles in the fridge. Since they are already cleaned and cooked just cut in diagonal into 1" pieces

Put the Octopus slices in a bowl with the Olive Oil, the lemon juice, the parsley, the minced garlic add salt and pepper to taste. Let marinated for an hour, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Add to your favorite seasoned salad

Note: you can marinated the Octopus up to 2 days in the fridge but take it out 30 minutes before serving.
