Sabarot - Green Flageolet Beans

Sabarot's green flageolet beans from red volcanic soils of Le Puy region of France,  known for their pale green color and delicate taste. These young beans are harvested in August, September before they are fully mature. Delicious with lamb, seafood, salads and soups. An excellent source of protein and fiber!
