This truffle paste by Plantin is created exclusively with fresh truffles. No other mushrooms nor dairy ingredient is added in the creation of this delicacy. This truffle paste makes for an ideal complement to a variety of dishes. This aromatic paste can be blended into sauces and other dishes, including cream sauce, pasta, pizza, dressing, risotto and mashed potatoes. Alternatively, use it as a simple spread on toasted bread or crackers.
