To make your own delicious brioches. It is particularly dedicated to doughs rich in butter and sugar and allows optimal swelling.
Instant yeast: does not need to be rehydrated in warm liquid before use.
Use by hand:
- 1 sachet of my special Francine brioche yeast for 350g of the Broiche flour
Use in a bread machine:
- 1 sachet of my special Francine brioche yeast for 350g of Broiche flour
- Francine advice in case of delayed start: you must avoid the yeast being in contact with the liquid or salt. So carefully follow the order of the ingredients indicated in the Francine Brioche Flour instructions!
Francine instant dry yeast, does not need to soak in water before use. Use 2 pouches of yeast per 500 grams of flour if working by hand, and only 1 pouch per 500 grams of flour if using a bread maker.
